In ProofLoops, we refer to each job search campaign as a “Loop”, because the process is based on an automated and repeated cycle — what we call “Looping.”
Each Loop performs the following steps:
- Automatically collects job opportunities every 2 hours based on your selected job title and location.
- Analyzes and matches these opportunities with your CV using AI-powered tools.
- Applies automatically to the matched jobs (via email or application forms) — if you have enabled this feature.
🎯 If you prefer to apply manually, the Loop will still collect and match jobs for you, but you’ll decide which companies to apply to — giving you full control over the final step.
💡 Each Loop uses your CV to extract relevant information and target roles that match your skills and experience, ensuring your applications are tailored and impactful.

Does ProofLoops have a maximum number of applications?
There is no limit to the number of job applications you can send. The process depends entirely on your subscription duration, with three plan options available:
How can I automatically insert personal details into email templates?
ProofLoops supports dynamic placeholders such as [[name]] or [[job-title]] in your message templates. These placeholders are automatically replaced with the correct data when emails are sent.
I want to stop emails for a while. What should I do?
You can pause any active Loop directly from your campaign dashboard. There’s no need to delete anything — just toggle off automatic email sending until you’re ready to resume.
